In 2016, I decided to leave a long career in Manufacturing & Consulting to focus on Recruiting full-time.
As a "full-desk" Recruiter, I am able to do what I do best: Relationships!
With Clients: I actively engage with Hiring Managers to completely understand their hiring needs. I further delve into the company, its culture and its people so I can "sell" my client to my candidates. When presenting a candidate, everything is negotiable to effect a win-win outcome.
With Candidates: I carefully select candidates based on how well they seem to fit a job description. From there, I meticulously interview them to determine if they are indeed suited for the role. Throughout the hiring process, I stay engaged with my candidates, offering advice and encouragement. Whether it's good news or bad regarding an offer, I will always keep a candidate informed.
With my Network: I actively nurture my extensive network of business associates, colleagues and friends. I constantly seek referrals as well as provide them. Many in my network are other professional Recruiters, and I frequently collaborate with them on certain job orders via split-fee agreement.
I am very passionate about cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships, and I'm excited to be able to pursue this passion through Recruiting!
